Colonial Marketplace

The Colonial and Euclid Arcades, now known as the Colonial Marketplace were built between 1890 and 1911. An instant hit with the public a century ago, Landmark RE Management, LLC has invested over $30 million in renovating this 330,000 sq. ft. Cleveland Jewel. These glass and iron lighted passageways of The Colonial Marketplace once linked fashionable Euclid Avenue with the old theaters of Prospect Avenue were lined with boutiques of all types. Once again bustling with activity, young and old alike stroll through The Colonial Marketplace stopping for a bite in the food court or browsing the boutiques. Thursday and Friday live lunchtime entertainment provided by local musicians.
